Set up Drag board(s)

Your main inbox, by default, will turn into a Kanban board. You can create more boards and customize them.

Sort emails and tasks

Emails come and go, sometimes it’s hard to keep track. Keep your inbox organized by dragging emails to different columns on your board.

Add tasks to inbox

Not everything comes as an email, sometimes there’s a separate task. You can add tasks directly to your inbox.

Add checklists and notes

Most emails come with things to get done. Separate these out and add them as actionable tasks.

Set due dates

Is there a deadline – something you need to get done by a date? Keep things on track by adding a due date.

Add extra boards

Working on multiple things or in a team? Create more boards – share them with your team or keep them private.

Move emails between boards

Move your emails between different boards. Think of it as moving to a folder, with some extra features to stay even more organized.

Navigate boards

It’s really easy to navigate between different boards to easily access all of your emails and tasks.

Share boards with your team

Invite team members to access your board. Only emails and tasks in those boards will be shared.

Reply to shared emails as a team

Reply to emails on behalf of your team. Replies are visible to all members in the board.

Share notes, checklists and due dates

Collaborate with your team in emails and tasks by share emails, tasks, notes, checklists, due dates and reminders.
