Drag’s Referral Program
Terms and Conditions.

The DragApp Referral Program makes it easy to share Drag with your network and get rewarded at the same time. For every referral who becomes a paying customer of Drag, you will be eligible for a 40% lifetime commission.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form the complete agreement between DragApp.com Limited (“Drag”) and You with respect to Your participation in the Program. By creating a unique Referral Link, You are confirming that You have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

Drag’s referral program is powered by Tolt. By creating this account, you are also agreeing to Tolt’s Terms of Service in addition to Drag’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

REFERRAL PROCESS AND TRACKING

  • You must use your unique referral link to refer friends and colleagues to Drag in order to be eligible for the reward. You acknowledge and agree that we may disclose your name to your referees as the referrer.
  • Your referees must sign up using your referral link, which sets a browser cookie (this is how we track referrals back to you).
  • The referral cookie life is 60 days. If a user subscribes to a Drag service within 60 days, the referral will be credited to your account. Any referred customer that subscribes to a paid service after 60 days since the first referred visit will not be credited.
  • For every referral who becomes a new paying customer of Drag, you will be eligible for a 40% lifetime commission.
  • A “new paying customer” must be a person or entity who isn’t already an existing client of Drag, and doesn’t name You as a secondary account holder for a Joint or Trust Cash Account.
  • Referred accounts that cancel their paid account with Drag will automatically cease any future referral commission to their respective Referrer, related to that customer, with immediate effect.

PAYOUTS

  • You must have at least $50 USD in rewards in order to withdraw funds. Rewards are available to withdraw on the 15th of each month.
  • Payments are made via PayPal or Wise.
  • If you’re eligible for a payout, you’ll receive an email from our partner software called Tolt with a prompt to set up your account and claim your payment.

PROMOTIONAL EXPECTATIONS

  • There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
  • You will be added to Drag’s Product Updates Newsletter upon registration in our Referral Program so you can make better informed referrals. You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time.

TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms will take effect with respect Referrer’s participation in the Program upon the date on which Referrer creates an account on our Affiliate Portal. These Terms will remain in force with respect to Referrer from month to month. Drag may at any time, on notice, terminate Referrer’s participation in the Program, for any reason or no reason.

Drag may at any time and in its sole and exclusive discretion, terminate the entire Program, or modify or update the terms of the Program or these Terms (and in doing so will make any modified or updated terms available in writing).
