Frequently asked questions
Is AI really included in Drag's price?
Yes, on Plus and Pro. Every seat includes AI credits each month for Varley, Drag's AI: 1,000 on Plus and 2,000 on Pro, shared across your team. We set the allowance so most teams never need more.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
Included credits reset on the 1st of each month and don't roll over. Credits you buy never expire, and they're only used once your monthly allowance runs out.
Can Starter teams use Varley?
Yes. An admin can buy AI credits on any plan and use Varley in Copilot, paying only for what the team uses. Automatic AI, like tagging and drafting every email, needs Plus or Pro.
Does connecting Drag to Claude or ChatGPT use AI credits?
No. When you connect Drag to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant through Drag's MCP server, that assistant does the AI work on your own plan with it, so it doesn't use Drag AI credits.
What counts as a resolution?
A conversation Agent finishes on its own, where the customer's question is answered and no one on your team took part. If Agent hands the conversation to your team, it costs nothing.
What does the free trial include?
Every Pro feature, with 1,000 AI credits per seat, for 7 days. No card required.
