Fyxer pricing for November 2026: Free, Pro at $37 ($49 monthly), Team at $64 ($99), what the credits cover, and what 1 to 10 people pay a month.

Key takeaways

  • Fyxer has four plans: Free, Pro at $37 a person a month billed yearly ($49 monthly), Team at $64 ($99 monthly) and Enterprise on a sales contract (Fyxer's pricing page, read November 2, 2026).
  • Automatic drafting and inbox labeling start on Pro. The Free plan gets 400 credits a month for chat and audio meeting notes, and no drafts.
  • Paid plans include unlimited credits for the first three months, then 3,000 a month per Pro member and 6,000 per Team member, pooled. A recorded minute costs 1 credit, so Pro's allowance is 50 hours of meetings if you spend it on nothing else.
  • Five people pay $185 a month on Pro or $320 on Team with yearly billing, and $245 or $495 billed monthly. Fyxer's help center says Team has a two-seat minimum.
  • Fyxer's pricing page and help center disagree on several details, including what a chat message costs, so read the plan you are buying on the day you buy it.
Table of contents

The short version: Fyxer costs $37 a person a month on its Pro plan and $64 on Team when you pay yearly, or $49 and $99 billed monthly. There is also a Free plan with no drafting, and Enterprise is priced by Fyxer's sales team. Those are Fyxer's own US prices, read on its pricing page and help center on November 2, 2026.

  • What does the free plan do? It gives you 400 credits a month for chat and audio meeting notes. Drafted replies and inbox labeling start on Pro.
  • What do credits limit? Mostly meetings. After an unlimited first three months, Pro's 3,000 monthly credits cover 50 hours of recording, or 15,000 labeled emails, if you spend them on one thing.
  • What does a team pay? Five people pay $185 a month on Pro or $320 on Team with yearly billing.

We make Drag, a shared inbox for Gmail teams, and we compare it with Fyxer on our own pages, so weigh our closing section with that in mind. Every Fyxer figure below comes from Fyxer's pricing page and help center, read in a browser on November 2, 2026.

Fyxer pricing at a glance: Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise

Fyxer sells four plans, billed per paid member, and every one of them meters AI work with monthly credits. This table shows the US price and what each plan adds, from Fyxer's pricing page on November 2, 2026.

PlanPer person, yearly / monthlyCredits a monthWhat it adds
Free$0400Chat, audio meeting notes, daily dashboard and weekly email briefings, 3 personal spaces
Pro$37 / $493,000 eachDrafted replies in your tone, inbox labeling, video recording, 3 shared spaces per seat
Team$64 / $996,000 each, pooledSeveral inboxes per person, shared follow-ups with owners, team reporting, MCP access
EnterpriseSales quote9,000 each in Fyxer's table; set per contractSingle sign-on, SCIM, audit logs, full API, private cloud, HIPAA

Pro and Team get unlimited credits for their first three months as a launch offer; the allowances apply after that. Spaces are Fyxer's folders of notes, transcripts and emails for a client or project (personal on Free, shared on paid plans), and Flows are routines it runs for you on a schedule. Some reviews still say Enterprise needs 50 users; Fyxer's pricing FAQ now says "There's no minimum to start."

Fyxer's pricing page showing Pro at $37 and Team at $64 a person a month billed annually, crossed-out monthly prices of $49 and $99, a 14-day free trial on both, and Enterprise as talk to sales

Fyxer's pricing page, captured October 16, 2026. The prices were the same when we read the page again on November 2.

Fyxer's annual toggle says "up to 35% off". That is Team's discount: $64 against $99 is about 35% off, while Pro's $37 against $49 is about 25% off, which is what Fyxer's billing help says for Pro.

What Fyxer's credits cover: meetings use most of the allowance

A Fyxer credit is a unit of AI work, and recorded meetings spend it fastest: one recorded minute costs one credit, while labeling five emails costs one. Drafting replies isn't in the pricing page's credit table, and Fyxer's credits help article lists it at zero credits on paid seats, so the drafts you see in Gmail or Outlook shouldn't draw on the allowance. The rates below are from Fyxer's pricing page on November 2, 2026:

ActionCredits
Labeling incoming email1 per 5 emails (0.2 each)
Recording a meeting, audio or video1 per minute
A chat message with a completed answer20 (Fyxer's help center says 10)
A Flow (automated routine) run5
Analyzing a document you ask about30
Transcribing an uploaded recording30 per hour
A deep research question175
Rebuilding your profile on request650 (the first build is free)

Here is one person's month on Pro, using those rates. Someone who gets 100 emails a working day (about 2,200 a month), records 40 hours of meetings and asks Fyxer's chat 20 questions spends 440 + 2,400 + 400 = 3,240 credits, which is 240 more than Pro's 3,000. The email is the small part. Meetings are 74% of the month.

Two charts. The first stacks one Fyxer Pro member's illustrative month against the 3,000-credit allowance: 2,200 labeled emails use 440 credits, 40 hours of recorded meetings use 2,400 and 20 chat messages use 400, for 3,240 in total, 240 over. The second shows what 3,000 credits buy if spent on one thing: 15,000 labeled emails, 50 hours of recording or 150 chat messages.

What happens when you run out depends on the plan:

  • Free: metered actions pause until the next month, and you can't buy more.
  • Pro and Team, from month four: Fyxer warns you at 80% and 100% of the allowance. Its pricing page says sorting pauses first while recording continues, and that it will talk to you about the right plan. Its help center says extra credits can be bought once the launch offer ends, including automatic top-ups within a limit you set, but Fyxer doesn't publish a price for them.
  • Team: the same rules, applied to the team's pooled total.

Included credits reset each month on both monthly and yearly billing, and unused credits don't carry over.

What a team pays for Fyxer: 1, 2, 5 and 10 people

A Fyxer bill is the plan price times the number of paid members, so the totals below are simple multiplication of Fyxer's November 2026 prices. Viewers, who can only read work shared with them, cost nothing.

PeoplePro, yearly / monthlyTeam, yearly / monthly
1$37 / $49$128 / $198 (two-seat minimum)
2$74 / $98$128 / $198
5$185 / $245$320 / $495
10$370 / $490$640 / $990

These are monthly totals for the whole team. Yearly billing is charged upfront: five people pay $2,220 a year on Pro or $3,840 on Team. The two-seat minimum is from Fyxer's help center (the pricing page says Pro and Team are "self-serve at any size"), and the pricing page asks teams of 10 or more to talk to sales for a volume quote.

Team costs $27 a person a month more than Pro on yearly billing. Besides the team features, that buys twice the credits, pooled. Take five people who each have the month above: on Pro, every one of them runs 240 credits over, and Fyxer's pricing page says sorting pauses first. On Team they use 16,200 of a 30,000 pool, which leaves 13,800 credits, enough for about 230 more hours of recording across the team.

One more line can change the bill without anyone choosing it. Fyxer has a setting called "Automatically add teammates", and its billing help calls it "the most common cause of unexpected charges": when it's on, anyone who signs up with your company email address joins your organization as a paid seat. Check it before you share a sign-up link.

Pricing comparison: Fyxer next to other AI email assistants

Fyxer is one of the pricier personal email assistants: its $37 Pro plan costs more than Superhuman's Starter ($25 a seat on yearly billing) or Shortwave's Pro ($18; its Business plans are shown billed monthly), and Gemini comes inside Google Workspace plans from $7 a user. The chart shows the per-seat range of each standalone tool, with the bundled assistants priced in its note.

The tools in the chart don't all do the same job. Fyxer, Superhuman, Shortwave and Gemini help one person with their own inbox. Drag is a shared inbox: several people work one address such as support@ together, with an AI that drafts for the team. For a priced side-by-side of eight assistants for a team of five, see our AI email assistants compared.

Fyxer's free plan and 14-day trial: what you actually get

Fyxer's Free plan is a meeting-notes and chat plan rather than an email assistant, because drafted replies and inbox labeling start on Pro. Fyxer's help center lists what Free includes:

  • An editable profile of who matters to you and how you write.
  • A weekly email briefing of your commitments, and dashboard actions updated daily.
  • Three personal spaces.
  • 400 credits a month for chat and audio meeting notes, with no top-ups.

The trial works differently from the plan cards. Fyxer's help center says every sign-up gets 14 days of the Team plan, that colleagues who join during your trial each get their own 14 days from the day they sign up, and that an account moves to Free at the end with "no charge and nothing to cancel". Accounts on Free with no activity for 30 days are paused until you reconnect. Fyxer's trial article doesn't say whether a card is needed to start, and none of the billing articles we read on November 2 publishes a refund policy, so ask support before you pay for a year upfront.

Fyxer's legacy plans: Starter and Professional

Fyxer replaced its old plans in September 2026, according to its help center, and customers who signed up before then are probably on Starter or Professional. They can stay on them at the same price for now, Fyxer says, or switch to the new plans from the dashboard at any time.

  • What the legacy plans were: Starter connected one inbox and calendar; Professional added several inboxes, scheduling, Fyxer Chat, a HubSpot integration and file uploads (Fyxer's legacy plans article, updated October 21, 2026).
  • What they cost: Fyxer's older help article, still online on November 2, gives $30 a month or $22.50 billed yearly for the entry plan and $50 or $37.50 for the second plan, with a 7-day trial. It names them Standard and Pro, while the current help center calls them Starter and Professional.
  • What the switch offer says: existing customers can try the new features for 14 days at their old price, then keep that price with the new features unmetered for three months. After that, monthly customers choose a new plan or go back to the old one, and yearly customers decide at renewal.

If a page you are reading quotes Fyxer at $22.50 or $37.50, or mentions a 7-day trial, it is describing these legacy plans.

Where Fyxer's pricing page and help center disagree

Several of Fyxer's own pages give different answers to the same pricing question, which matters if you are working out a budget. These are the differences we found on November 2, 2026:

QuestionPricing pageHelp center
Credits per chat message2010
Chat messages on Free's 400 creditsAbout 20Up to 40
Free trial on ProCards show a 14-day trial; the FAQ says "There's no free trial" for ProEvery trial starts on Team
Minimum seats on TeamNot stated; "Pro and Team are self-serve at any size""Two seat minimum"
Yearly discount"Up to 35% off"One billing article says 35%; another says 35% on Team and 25% on Pro
Do drafts use credits? Not listed as a credit actionThe credits table says 0 credits; the billing article lists drafting among actions that use credits

None of these changes the headline prices. They change how far the credits go and who can buy Team, so ask Fyxer to confirm in writing if your budget depends on one of them.

How to work out your Fyxer bill in five steps

Your Fyxer bill comes from five choices, and only the last two are hard to predict.

  1. Pick the plan by who uses it. Pro is for one person's inbox and meetings. Team adds several inboxes per person, shared follow-ups with owners, pooled credits and MCP access.
  2. Choose yearly or monthly billing. Yearly is charged upfront and saves about 25% on Pro and 35% on Team; monthly can be canceled any time, and switching between the two is prorated.
  3. Count the paid members. A seat is one paid member however many inboxes they connect, and viewers are free. Turn off auto-add for your domain first.
  4. Check the credits against your meetings. After month three, compare each person's recorded minutes with their allowance: Pro's 3,000 credits is 50 hours a month, Team's 6,000 is 100 hours a member, shared across the team.
  5. Ask about the extras. Extra credits and Enterprise contracts are quoted, not published.

Fyxer or Drag for a team that shares an inbox

For a team that answers one shared address such as support@, a shared inbox fits the job better than a personal assistant, and Drag costs less: five people pay $90 a month on Drag Plus against $185 on Fyxer Pro, both billed yearly. Fyxer works on each person's own Gmail or Outlook inbox and meetings: it labels, drafts in your tone and keeps your follow-ups, and to "Can Fyxer send emails on my behalf?" its pricing page answers "No." Drag turns the shared address into a board the whole team works from. We make Drag, so here is what it adds for that job:

  • An owner for every email. Assign conversations, see who has what, and get a warning before two people reply to the same customer.
  • AI on the shared address. On Plus and Pro, Varley, Drag's AI, drafts and tags emails in the shared inbox from your help center, docs and past replies, and on Pro it resolves conversations on its own.
  • A price per seat. $12, $18 or $24 a seat a month billed yearly ($16, $22 or $30 monthly). Like Fyxer, Drag measures AI work in credits: Plus includes 1,000 a seat a month and Pro 2,000, shared across the team, and a drafted reply costs 2.5. Our AI credits page has the full price list.

Where Fyxer is the better choice: if your work is your own inbox plus a lot of client meetings, Fyxer records and summarizes those meetings and turns them into follow-ups, which Drag doesn't do. Fyxer also works with Outlook, and Drag runs on Gmail only. Our Drag vs Fyxer comparison goes through the trade-off feature by feature.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Fyxer AI cost per month?

Pro costs $49 a person a month and Team $99 if you pay month to month. Paying a year upfront brings that to $37 and $64 a month, which is $444 or $768 a person a year. Teams of 10 or more are asked to talk to sales for a volume quote, and Enterprise has no published price.

Is Fyxer AI free?

Partly. The Free plan doesn't expire, but it stops at 400 credits a month: about 6 hours 40 minutes of audio meeting notes, or 20 to 40 chat questions depending on which Fyxer page you read. When the credits run out, chat and recording pause until the next month. Drafted replies and labeling need Pro, at $37 a month billed yearly.

Is Fyxer AI any good?

It is built for one person's email and meetings, so its value depends on how much of your week those take. Pro earns its $37 a month if drafts and meeting notes save you more time than that is worth. It is a weaker buy if you record over 50 hours of meetings a month, or if the email arrives at a shared address.

Can I buy Fyxer's Team plan for just myself?

Probably not. Fyxer's help center says Team has a two-seat minimum and describes Pro as the plan for individuals, so a single person would pay for two Team seats, $128 a month on yearly billing. That matters if you need several inboxes at once, because the pricing page lists that feature on Team and Enterprise only.

Can I switch Fyxer plans or cancel partway through?

You can switch between Pro and Team, or between monthly and yearly billing, from Fyxer's dashboard at any time, and Fyxer prorates the change. Monthly plans can be canceled whenever you like. Yearly plans are charged upfront for the year. Enterprise changes go through the Fyxer team.

Can Fyxer handle a shared inbox like support@?

Not as a shared inbox. Fyxer works on the inboxes each paid member connects, and its Team plan shares follow-ups and spaces between people. Its pricing page doesn't list assigning incoming emails or warning two people before they reply, and it says Fyxer doesn't send email for you. For several people answering one address, a shared inbox tool fits better.

Several people answering the same Gmail address? Start a 7-day free trial of Drag. Varley is included on Plus and Pro, and no card is needed.
